This position is responsible for business development and sourcing/recruiting efforts.
Working a full 360° Recruitment desk (Full Desk).
Qualify warm leads and existing accounts, current MSA’s.
Sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for open positions
Place technical professionals for all IT positions across multiple client companies globally.
Coordinating interviews and negotiating salaries.
Maintaining company’s CRM with personal business development and recruiting progress.
Bachelor’s degree a must, and equivalent work experience and technical knowledge
2-5 years as a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager
Business Development experience a must
Understands technical terms and job requirements
Technical guru who, for example, knows the difference between a Front-end and Back-end Developer
Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience and perseverance
Must work in our Tarrytown, NY office
