Job Function:

Our client; a 13-year-old and growing specialty hard-asset Equipment Finance company seeks a Sales Representative to provide Financing on Construction Equipment in a Virginia Territory.

 

Their success and growth are attributable to their customer focus and industry expertise. They provide a small company approach emphasizing relationships and customer satisfaction combined with the flexibility and financial capabilities of larger financial institutions.

 

Transactions focus in this role on Construction Equipment while the company, on the whole, has capability across hard asset classes.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Construction Equipment End-Users and dealers.
  • Pre-screen transactions for creditworthiness within company parameters
  • Gather documents and prepare package for submission to Credit Review team
  • Assist with Asset Remarketing of Off-Lease equipment
  • Maintain Database of prospective clients
  • Travel to client locations

Position Compensation includes Base Salary, Commission, Health Insurance and 401(k).

Requirements:

  • 3-7 Years Sales of Construction Equipment  OR Equipment Financing
  • Experience calling on and negotiating directly with clients
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain new clients
  • Experience with negotiating terms
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory

Position Compensation includes Base Salary, Commission, Health Insurance and 401(k).
